Who we are!

SkillsFactory Nepal was established in 2015 and is a skills training organization affiliated to Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). SkillsFactory Nepal is registered with the Office of the Company Registrar, Kathmandu and Ministry of Education, Nepal. It is a unique entity in the field of technical and vocational training in Nepal. It not only provides training as is usually done but also supports its trainees for employment and entrepreneurship post training. In addition, we provide services of placing the skilled manpower with individual and institutional clients.

The core team of SkillsFactory Nepal consists of highly dedicated and professional members with proven experience in the fields of education, innovation and entrepreneurship. With more than two decades of combined experience in this field, the team is dedicated to build this institute as a ‘Centre of excellence in the field of technical and vocational education in Nepal’.

Objectives :

The main objective of SFN is to impart skills as per the need of an individual, organization and the market as a whole. The specific objectives are as follows:

• to conduct technical and vocational training with complete training cycle approach

• to supply services of skilled manpower to any clients ( individual/institution)

• to provide employment support services to the trainees after the completion of the training

• to support technically and financially to those who want to be entrepreneurs after training

• to conduct research and disseminate skills/skills related knowledge through publication, workshops and seminars

• to contribute to the society through public awareness campaigning on the need of technical and vocational training and other services like cleaning and maintenance of public infrastructure/goods
